As part of our commitment to sustainability, many ingredients are sourced from Gundari’s own organic farm, where we use traditional techniques and a circular approach to cultivate the land. For a memorable farm-to-table experience, guests are invited to select their own produce that our chefs use to create a bespoke sunset dinner that is enjoyed on the farm itself.
More than just a restaurant, Orizon is a gathering space where stories are told, strengthening old connections and fostering new ones, with a striking panorama of sea fused with sky. We are firm believers in the power of music to inspire; our bar is designed as a hi-fi listening space, inspired by the Japanese Jazz Kissatens of yesteryear, where music can be enjoyed mindfully with a vinyl only, analogue rich vibe. Poolside, Gundari’s mixologists serve up artisanal concoctions at the swim-up bar so you can submerge blissfully with a cocktail to watch the sun dip below the waves.
